Generated content feels too generic or doesn't match our product.
Navigate to Project Settings → StoryLoop → Project Context tab and add more specific details about your product architecture, domain terminology, and user personas. This is the single most effective way to improve output quality.
StoryLoop doesn't appear in the issue sidebar.
Refresh the Jira page. If the panel is still missing, verify that you have the correct project permissions and that the app is enabled for your specific Jira project under Project Settings → Apps.
The generated description is in the wrong format.
Set up a Custom Template under Project Settings → StoryLoop → AI Settings. Define the exact structure you expect.
AI output doesn't reference our internal systems correctly.
Add your internal system names, their purposes, and how they relate to each other in the Project Context tab. Once the AI understands your system landscape, references become accurate.
